Ayala Avenue – August 1964. In the beginning, there was nothing in Makati save for a few establishments and lifestyle amenities. Later on, other establishments like Makati Supermart, Makati Medical Center and Colegio de San Agustin became prime locators at this mixed-use , self-contained community – a benchmark for real estate planning and development to this day.
