By 2020, Ayala Triangle Gardens aims to unveil better places for convergence, with new gathering places and fresh retail concepts. The northern tip is currently being developed to make way for the 5-star Mandarin Hotel with 22 floors, Tower Two, a high-grade office tower with 38 floors, and a retail podium that will connect Tower Two to the iconic Tower One. Sufficient parking spread across six basement levels will be available, and new civic spaces are also being built to expand the gardens and enhance the urban experience.
True to Ayala Land’s philosophy of striking the right balance of open space and development, sixty percent of Ayala Triangle Gardens will be open space –with plenty of room to breathe, move around, and socialize. All the trees are taken care of and well-positioned for a better urban experience, and the updated design will feature significant green areas, ample shade, and lawns that encourage visitors to relax and hang out.
