The facility is a standout as it retains the clean and green design prominent in ALI's developments. Ayala North Exchange includes an elevated walkway that will conveniently connect to its towers to Ayala Center and the rest of the CBD.

Mall patrons and residents can begin enjoying the retail and civic space by 2017 while the office spots will be ready by 2018. Seda Suites Hotel, a fusion of urban living and luxurious hotel experience, will open its doors by 2019. City Gate's Seda Hotel will be the seventh branch of the hotel chain.
