Ayala Land Celebrates Opening of Power Mac Center Spotlight with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) recently celebrated the opening of the newest place to play in Circuit Makati, the Power Mac Center Spotlight, with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

In partnership with Power Mac Center, the opening of the innovative theater marks a milestone for the newest entertainment destination rising at the heart of Makati.

Makati as a leading city for business, further establishes its position with lifestyle and entertainment activities in Circuit Makati - a district that will be a dynamic addition to Makati's continuously evolving urban landscape as it becomes a center for entertainment, says Manny Blas, ALI Project Development Head for Makati.

Present during this special occasion were ALI executives led by President and CEO, Bobby Dy,  ALI Group Head of Strategic Landbank Management Meean Dy, and Ayala Malls Head of Operations Rowena Tomeldan, with Ms. Patricia Zobel and Ms. Sofia Elizalde. They were joined by partners, Philippine Racing Club President and CEO Simeon Cua and Power Mac Center President and CEO Lawrence Sison.

Power Mac Center Spotlight is located at the second level of Circuit Lane, a two-storey retail strip with numerous dining and retail options, where it will become a new destination for both artistic performances and non-performance events.

Throughout the years, Power Mac Center has proven to be a lifestyle brand that has a passion for the arts. From its numerous in-store activities involving digital design and music performances, to its creative ventures with meaningful partnerships with various establishments, and a long-standing affiliation with Ayala Museum, Power Mac Center sees potential in bringing new and diverse opportunities that promote, not only the arts, but Filipino talent as well, said Power Mac Center CEO, Lawrence Sison.

Circuit Makati is ALI's 22-hectare integrated, mixed-use development anchored on entertainment. It showcases some of the most exiting places to play such as the Globe Circuit Events Ground and have a whole day of fun at the Gatorade Chelsea FC Blue Pitch, the Mountain Dew Skatepark, and City Kart Racing, and now Circuit Lane¹s Power Mac Center Spotlight. The 300-seater black box theater has already staged its inaugural show Chuva Choo Choo: The Mister Kupido Musicale and will be host to #NoFilter by Sandbox Collective in October and Maria Isabella by Bit by Bit Productions in December.
