Warmly embraced as the urban oasis in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Ayala Triangle Gardens is the place to be for relaxed dining options, as well as green open spaces to enjoy outdoor leisure activities—from jogging, yoga, Frisbee, and football—to walking your pets, and picnics with family and catching up with friends. The expanse of the park’s greenery provides a break from extensive social circles and exhausting workload for a much needed time for solitude.
Ayala Triangle Gardens aims to unveil better places for convergence by 2020. The construction of new gathering places and fresh retail concepts will transform the surrounding environment as it caters to the fast-paced lifestyle of the dynamic CBD.
The northern tip of the park is currently being developed to make way for the 5-star Mandarin Hotel with 22 floors, and Tower Two – a high-grade office tower with 38 floors at par with its neighboring skyscrapers.
There will also be a retail podium that will connect Tower Two to the notable Tower One. Features such as parking spaces will spread across six basement levels. New civic spaces will be added to expand the gardens and emphasize the flexibility of the area. Merging living, leisure and work life in one spot maintains a seamless urban experience.
True to Ayala Land’s philosophy of striking the right balance of open space and development, sixty percent of Ayala Triangle Gardens will be an open area –with plenty of room to breathe, move around, and socialize. All the trees are taken care of and well-positioned for a better urban experience, and the updated design will feature significant green areas, ample shade, and lawns that encourage visitors to relax and hang out.
Ayala Triangle Gardens will not only be a place that allows for seasons to pass by, but it will also be the place that withstands the test of time.
