Experience life in the fast lane at Urban CityKart Racing! You can find the 650-meter karting racetrack inside Circuit Makati. The urban karting area utilizes a Formula 1 timing system and occupies a 5,000-sqm of the area.
Urban CityKart Racing is open to anyone at least four feet tall, in good health, and can handle the thrill of a race. There’s no need to worry about racing gear. Helmets and racing suits of various sizes are available upon request.
Before heading to the track, racers undergo safety briefings. Make sure to listen to the attendees before karting, so you become familiar with the guidelines. Each racer is registered, and track records appear on a leaderboard. The best part? You can download the app that shows the leaderboard scores that shows your past and current standing. Isn’t that a convenient way to check out how much you’ve improved?
Attendants are on standby to help you should you get stuck or need assistance. Thus, there’s no need to feel unease even if it’s your first time. Just be sure to wear comfortable clothes on the day of your race!
Different types of karts are available for racing. If you are just starting out, pick the Funkart. Children under five years are for the Baby Kart while older ones can go for the Kiddie Kart. Experience drivers can drive the Prokart.
Urban CityKart Racing is operated by Urban Karting Manila. It is one of three sporting facilities in the vicinity of Circuit Makati, a 21-hectare mixed-use development on the former Sta. Ana Racetrack property of the Philippine Racing Club Inc. (PRCI).
