The Flats Amorsolo will be located a few steps away from the Dela Rosa Walkway, making it conducive for residents to walk to their place of work. It will also be near Ayala Land’s upcoming two-tower mixed-use development that will house multinational and BPO offices, a 10,000-square-meter retail podium devoted to dining and shopping destinations, as well as the 312-room Seda Hotel.
