One of the prominent night food market organizers in the Philippines, Mercato Centrale—inspired by popular Asian street food scene—has been in the business for almost a decade. The company has curated different players in the food and beverage industry and has also made numerous start-up food businesses to success.
Mercato Centrale currently operates in three locations namely: Bonifacio Global City 25th Street Corner 7th Avenue, Thursday to Friday (4 p.m. to 2 a.m.); Dolphin Park at Glorietta 4 Courtyard Drive, Makati City in front of Ascott Makati, Wednesday to Friday (4 p.m. to 2 a.m.); Eastwood City Orchard Drive, Thursday (6 p.m. to 3 a.m.), Friday (6 p.m. to 3 a.m.).
